Monstera Deliciosa Albo Variegata Large Form (Excellent Variegation Actual Plant)
The perfect plant, indoors or out, very tough and tolerant of neglect. Ideally suited to fill that large space next to your plant collection. Two to three times larger than Monstera Borsigiana Albo Variegata growing to massive proportions, vines can reach one inch in diameter. Variegation will vary but it is quite stable, we have been growing this variety for 30 years and have never seen a solid green leaf produced, very stable variegation. The leathery green and cream variegated leaves are large with slits and holes frequently growing to 3.5 feet long by 3.5 feet wide. More amazing than the beautifully exotic leaf is the fruit that appears from the pollinated flowers when grown outdoors. The fruit has hexagonal plates that protect the interior cream colored, juicy sweet pineapple-mango flavored pulp. Note: This variety has been growing in south Florida for at least 40+ years prior to the name (Thai Constellation) which may or may not be the same variety. Its interesting that no one anywhere even knows where that name came from. (This is the original Florida variety.)

Our plants are grown in conditions akin to a natural, humid rainforest, using minimal pesticides. Occasional leaf drop, spotting, or browning, especially in varieties with significant white, are normal. In our nursery, plants thrive under 40-80% shade cloth. If grown outdoors, direct exposure to full sun may cause leaf burn. We suggest gradually introducing the plants to sunny areas over a week or so to reduce stress for optimal results. Despite our high standards in plant propagation, we can't assure future variegation patterns, coloration, survival or growth rate. Individual plants may vary, even though our mother plants have thrived for over 20 years. We guarantee all variegation is natural without any Chemically Induced Variegation (NO C.I.V.)
