Our original plant started with a monster node cutting from Maui back in the 90s, since then we have been able to grow it to its full potential here in a very sheltered area in Hampton zone 8a-b. Amazingly enough we have hit 20 degrees and the vine survived with obvious leaf damage but releafs each spring.
